Bagdad Constitution
La démocratie est en route en Irak:
BAGDAD (AFP) – Les leaders politiques irakiens s’employaient à trouver un compromis sur la Constitution sous la double pression de Washington et de la violence, qui a tué quatre soldats américains mercredi, au lendemain d’un triple attentat meurtrier à Bagdad.
On sent déjà que cette Constitution représentera pleinement la volonté souveraine du peuple irakien…
